Using Wallness
You must meet the minimum age required in your country, provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use Wallness lawfully and respectfully.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Wallness a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the service, subject to your privacy and visibility choices.
Prohibited content and behavior
Do not post illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, dangerous, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or spam content. Do not damage property, trespass, bypass security, scrape the service, impersonate others, or encourage unsafe activity.
Moderation and reports
We may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or report content and accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. Appeals and reports can be sent to [email protected].
Subscriptions and purchases
Any iOS subscriptions or digital purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. The app will display price and renewal terms before purchase.
Service changes and liability
Wallness may evolve, pause, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
