Account & Data Deletion
Wallness users can initiate permanent account deletion directly inside the app.

Delete inside the app
Open Wallness, tap the settings control at the top of the world to enter Backstage, then Identity & Security → Delete my account. You will be asked what should become of the marks you left in public, and to type your username to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Do not rely on this website as a substitute for the required in-app deletion flow.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, private collections, authentication links, and associated personal data are deleted or irreversibly de-identified, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Public content may be removed or anonymized according to your request and applicable law.
Processing period
Deletion happens immediately, in a single transaction, and the app reports back exactly what was done — how many public marks were left unsigned or taken down, how many private ones were destroyed, and how many sessions were ended. There is no waiting period and no cancellation window. Backups may retain encrypted residual copies for a limited rotation period before automatic deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address connected to your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask for limited information to verify ownership.
