Account information such as your email address, display name, and authentication identifier when you create an account or use Sign in with Apple.

Content you choose to share, including text, drawings, photos, audio, location tags, reports, and collection activity.

Technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service. Precise location, microphone, camera, photo library, and notifications are accessed only after permission is granted and only for the feature you choose to use.

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize Wallness, publish or privately save content according to your choices, moderate community content, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising trackers.

Sharing and service providers

We may use carefully selected hosting, storage, analytics, crash-reporting, moderation, email, and support providers acting on our instructions. Public posts and profile details you intentionally publish can be visible to others. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.

Retention, security, and international transfers

Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including safety, dispute, and legal requirements. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Where data is processed outside your country, we use appropriate transfer safeguards when required.

Your choices and rights

You can review or change profile and visibility settings in the app, withdraw device permissions in system settings, and request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion where applicable. Account deletion can be initiated in the app and guidance is also available on our Account & Data Deletion page.

Children

Wallness is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in a user’s country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age.
